Courtney is a qualified Australian lawyer who has held senior APAC leadership roles with multiple Magnificent Seven global technology companies. 

Courtney has also held senior Employee Relations roles with Coles Group, Broadspectrum and KPMG over the last 15 years and started his career at Fair Work Australia. Courtney holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Masters of Laws from the University of Sydney. 

Chris Gianatti is recognised in all the major Australian and international directories as one of Australia's leading Workplace Relations and Safety lawyers with over 25 years' experience in the field across a whole range of work environments in white and blue collar industries. 

He now brings that deep specialisation to worknook in terms of practical guidance in making our home workplaces the best place to work!

Sarah has over 15 years of experience in technology and digital product management for some of Australia’s largest corporations. 

Sarah has worked in multiple industries, including essential services, telecommunications and banking. Sarah is passionate about bringing meaningful products to life through customer research and insights. Sarah is Melbourne based.

Jeff is recognized as a thought leader across the health and safety profession with relevant degrees from UWA and Curtin University. 

His 17 years in elite sporting environments and 20 years of industry experience allow him to offer unique insights on the impact of health and safety in all aspects of business. 

Dean is currently Head of Human Resources at a large publicly listed Australian Engineering and Construction Contractor with more than 6500 employees. 

He is a legal practitioner, having worked in both private practice and in-house. Dean brings a broad range of real world experience to the WorkNook.
